Montagna Mare offers a captivating nose of fresh cherry dried sage anise seed black tea and vanilla cream. The mouthfeel is supple and spicy unfurling with red fruit flavors including raspberry and cranberry. Trailing notes of cedar wood tobacco and cinnamon are carried by fresh acidity into a juicy lively finish. A true fusion of Italian style and California character.

Opolo Rosé is made in the classic southern Rhône style from grapes grown exclusively for rosé production, including a touch of Viognier for elevated aromatics. Composed of Grenache (84%), Syrah (13%) and Viogner (3%).

A highly drinkable year-round wine that really shines during the spring and summer seasons. It offers vibrant aromas of watermelon, nectarine, orange rind and candied cherry. A round, luscious texture floods the mouth with light flavors watermelon, tangelo, lime zest and stony mineral. Quenching acidity carries into a clean, refreshing finish.

This Sangiovese is a medium-bodied wine featuring forward fruit characteristics of raspberry, mint leaves and black cherry. The luxurious finish lingers on the palate popping with bright acidity and a velvety texture. 14 month aging on French and American Oak lends this wine soft tannins and subtle oak nuances.

Composed entirely of French Colombard, an offspring of Chenin Blanc, the sparkling is produced in the Méthod Charmat technique, in which a cold secondary fermentation occurs in stainless tanks and then is bottled under pressure.

This Viognier presents vivid aromas of orange blossom, stone fruit, butterscotch and sliced almond. The mouthfeel is sleek and juicy, showing fresh flavors of apricot, pineapple, pear and tangerine. Notes of spice join crisp acidity on a clean, fresh finish. Fermented predominantly in stainless steel, with a small portion fermented in French oak barrels for enhanced complexity.

• Adding a bit of grapefruit juice to your rosé wine started decades ago in Provence and is all the rage in Paris’ bars right now – We’ve put this cuvee together with some winemaker friends living in France’s Roussillon region.
• We serve this ice-cold, often before dinner, but it is fantastic with spicy foods, and also makes an interesting cocktail base!

Tasting Notes: Bold pomelo aromatics lead into flavors of peach and pink fruits. Finishes with refreshing acidity, with just enough sweetness to balance things without being cloying.

Serving Suggestions:

• 2/3 Chilled Pamponete, 1/3 soda or mineral water, crushed ice, add lemon twist.
• 1/3 Chilled Pamponete with 2/3 cava or Prosseco

The AAA on the label pays homage to David’s days in the wool trade and was stamped on the best grades of wool by the Guesser. It is a vibrant blend of approximately 60% Shiraz and 40% Grenache from some special little pockets amongst our vineyards. The Shiraz was selected from the ‘Gateway’ and ‘Jones Block’ vineyards, renowned for producing some of the best fruit in the region. These select parcels were blended with complimentary Grenache to create a wine that is engaging to a wide range of drinkers. Our blend is fun, appealing and, unlike some members of Paxton, not over the top. Biodynamic!

Paxton’s vineyards comprise of six Biodynamic properties. MV ‘McLaren Vale’ or ‘Multiple Vineyard’ Shiraz is a blend of 100% Shiraz from four of the Paxton vineyards, and has been developed to highlight optimum fruit flavours.

The MV displays the hallmarks of classic McLaren Vale Shiraz – elegance, balance and pleasure in a bottle. This wine gives the best of both worlds: a fantastic wine when young, but careful cellaring for 10-15 years will reward you very nicely.

There is a new Cabernet Franc that blends grapes from Perdriel and El Manzano, in Luján and Valle de Uco respectively. The 2018 Perro Callejero Blend de Cabernet Franc has some smoky and toasty aromas and a mixture of herbal, minty, spicy and berry aromas. A lovely expression of Cab Franc!

This wine opens with alluring aromas of jasmine, beeswax and Bosc pear. The juicy, elegant palate delivers green apple, lemon zest and hazelnut alongside bright acidity and refined, persistent bubbles. Organic and Brut!
