A blockbuster wine that shows the full potential of Cabernet Sauvignon grown at Margarita Vineyard. Aromas of ripe blackberry, vanilla and graphite show hints of black olive and earthy loam. A plush, mouthfilling texture delivers layered flavors of plum, cranberry, cherry and blueberry. Suggestions of toasted oak, caramel and cola bring added complexity to a firm, structured finish.

Opens with complex aromas of red orchard fruits, black tea, rose petal and loam. A soft, supple mouthfeel displays elegant flavors of black plum, black cherry, blueberry and mocha with hints of cedarwood and juniper. The finish is beautifully balanced with lingering notes of earthen fruit.

The 2021 Quarry Cabernet Sauvignon dances in the glass with aromas of red currant, plum, black olive and anise. Dark in the glass, this blend of 37% Syrah, 24% Malbec, 16% Petit Verdot, 13% Zinfandel and 10% Petite Sirah is intense in aromas of black fruit, loamy soil and wet herbs. It lands on the palate with a hearty mouthfeel, delivering flavors of black currant, roasted meat, black pepper and toasty oak.

The 2018 Zinfandel offers deep, savory aromas of black cherry and plum with notes of vanilla, tobacco and dusty spice. Bright, brambly flavors of red raspberry and boysenberry unfold across a juicy texture with hints of cedar wood and black tea. Fresh acidity adds lift and structure to a sleek, peppery finish.

Hand harvested and moved through an 82° fermentation using a Burgundy yeast to enhance the bright fruit character. The cool fog and bay breezes created a moderate vineyard climate resulting in a multi-layered, fruit driven wine with age softened tannins and a pleasant balance of fruit and oak. Aged 18 months in new and neutral French and American oak barrels. Amazing Pinot!

The grapes were whole cluster pressed, then the juice was racked clean and cold fermented slowly in stainless steel to maximize the fruit character. It was aged for 5 months before bottling, then bottle aged for another 4 months. Floral and lemon citrus aromatics come to the fore and pour onto the palate framed by a perfectly balanced mouthfeel. Medium bodied, juicy notes but dry with a citrus crispness and a slight mineral like spiciness that shows through to a lengthy and cleansing finish. Ideal with a wide range of cuisine.

Exuding heady aromas of cedar, blackberry preserves, and roasted coffee, this blend of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, and 3% Cab Franc overdelivers with beautiful balance. It’s aged for eight months in French oak and offers bright acidity overlaying a dry, dusty palate. Walnut, dried sage, and ripe cherry keep the flavor profile exciting.

Rich and lively, this clean and focused white exudes a perfume of toasted coconut and cashew butter rimmed with lemon chiffon. Cedar meets minerality on the palate as toasted almond, fennel root, and crisp pear soften the tartness that arises from the finish of lemon peel. Fermented in stainless steel (100% malolactic) and aged six to eight months in 25% new oak.

Blended with 2% Petite Sirah and aged four to five months in new French oak, this wine drinks like an over-$20 Pinot Noir, with an expensive-looking label to match. Strawberries, nutmeg, and iron on the nose cross over to a weighty mid-palate sprinkled with brown sugar. Lilac glimmers throughout.

Offering compelling aromas of tangerine and honeyed apricots, this soft, lean, and delicate white aged in 100% stainless steel with no malolactic fermentation. White flowers and orange blossom lead the flavor parade before lemon zest and pineapple march in, paving the way for a slightly salty finish that keeps the palate fresh and juicy.

Savory aromas of dried herbs and turned earth meet with a bright blackberry tone on the nose of this bottling. Flavors of blackberry paste, roast beef, purple flowers and spice show on the dry palate.

Winemaker Clay Brock supercharged this toasty Chardonnay (which incorporates 9% Roussanne and 2% Marsanne) with texture and flavor. The body weight is augmented, leaving oak and acid in balance. Baked apple and lemon pudding work in tandem with rich notes of cashew and vanilla.
