The cold morning mist, added to the particular characteristics of the soils, are the starting point for an elegant and smooth wine, with notes of raspberry and cherry. With a perfect balance between acidity and tannins, this Pinot Noir is an ideal alternative to accompany stuffed ravioli, tuna and other fatty fish.
