The Bousquet family left the south of France in search of a unique place.
They found it in Mendoza, Argentina. Pure soils. Extreme altitude.

Our role is to accompany this origin, not to interfere with it.
We harvest by hand, select every grape, and craft our wines with precision. Fewer processes, more essence.
We seek for each wine to express its place, its energy, and the story it carries within.

Bousquet Reserve Organic Malbec
Malbec made from selected parcels in Gualtallary.
Harvesting is manual, with a brief cold maceration followed by controlled fermentation and complete malolactic fermentation.
Part of the wine is aged for six months in second-use French oak, while the rest is kept in neutral vessels, achieving a precise balance between ripe fruit, structure, and a measured use of oak.
Loaded with dark fruit, plum, cocoa and rich, velvety tannins.

Bousquet Premium Organic Cabernet Sauvignon
100% Cabernet Sauvignon, from organic vineyards in the Uco Valley.
It is harvested in the early hours of the day to retain juiciness and fermented in stainless steel with temperature control, with no oak aging. A Cabernet with a fresh, friendly profile, centered on fruit and designed to accompany the table with ease.
Featuring black currant and tobacco spice with structured tannins!

Virgen Red Blend
A blend of Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc
Made from organic grapes that are hand-harvested and vinified with no added sulfites. Fermentation with native yeasts and no oak aging allows for an honest, direct expression of the blend.
A fresh, pure wine where fruit, the energy of the place, and vineyard identity come together naturally.

Bousquet Reserve Organic Chardonnay
100% Chardonnay, from low-yield parcels in Gualtallary.
Harvesting is manual and takes place in the early hours of the day to preserve freshness. Part of the wine ferments and ages for six months in French oak barrels of various uses, on lees, achieving a balanced style that combines volume, natural freshness, and a subtle, well-integrated oak presence.
